As a second-generation chiropractor carrying on the legacy of his late father, Dr. Anthony Camarata, Sam knows that the values passed down through family are the ones that matter most. He brings that same warmth, care, and dedication to every person who walks through his doors.

A lifelong member of the Chili, New York community, Sam and his family are deeply rooted in the people and place they call home.

Before there was Dr. Sam, there was Dr. Anthony Camarata — a man who carried his family on shoulders built from discipline, faith, and an unshakeable love for the people around him. A bodybuilder. A powerlifting coach at the University of Rochester. A chiropractor who healed with his hands and led with his heart. He didn't just build a practice — he built a legacy.

Every adjustment Sam gives, every life he changes, every time he shows up for his family and his community — that's his dad living through him. Dr. Anthony may be gone, but his fire never left. It just found a new home.

May 2nd marks the day we lost him — but not a single day has passed where his presence isn't felt.
